Inflection Point is not currently available for download. These draft terms describe the planned launch conditions and will be reviewed against the released build before publication.
Use of the App
At launch, Inflection Point is planned as a personal-development app for iOS intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Planned Access Preview and Lifetime Unlock
- At launch, Inflection Point is planned to include a 3-day access preview.
- After the planned preview, users will be able to continue on a free plan or purchase an optional $14.99 lifetime unlock.
- The planned lifetime unlock is a one-time App Store purchase, not a subscription, with no auto-renewal.
- Any launch-version refunds will be handled by Apple according to App Store policy.
User Content
At launch, users will retain ownership of journal entries and personal content created in the app. Nick Rae will not claim ownership over that content.
