By downloading or using SpendSlap ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of the App
SpendSlap is a personal finance roasting tool for entertainment and informational purposes. The AI-generated roasts are not financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
CSV Data
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any CSV data to the app. Do not upload data containing other people's financial information without their consent. Remove sensitive identifiers before uploading when possible.
Subscriptions
- Pro features require an active subscription purchased through the App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refunds for partial subscription periods.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
